Led by expert English-speaking coaches and mentors, the camp will include swimming, football, beach volleyball, arts and crafts, meditation, survival skills, a boot camp, a bonfire and barbeque, movie nights, splash jungle, games and tours, nature experiences, vocational skills and workshops.

Designed to stimulate the body and mind through high creativity The camp will be backed by Thanyapura’s Phuket International Academy, an International Baccalaureate World School working towards being a United World College (UWC), that offers excellent boarding facilities.

Introducing the program, Thanyapura President and Chief Executive Philipp Graf von Hardenberg, said the camp is staged at a safe and peaceful destination that is ideal for the whole family.

von Hardenberg stated “the Phuket Sport & Activities Camp has been engineered to stimulate the mind and body in a highly creative, enjoyable way.

"Our world-class facilities are equipped to manage all aspects of learning in a tranquil 23-hectare setting removed from main roads and near Khao Phra Thaeo National Park.

“Through the arts and crafts programme, real-life activities will be held every day. The overall experience is a mixture of inspiration, excitement and fun.

“Our accommodation and hospitality add to a unique experience at a venue that is near Phuket's famed beaches and the island's international airport."

At the camp  – which costs US$900 a week all inclusive and is for 11 to 15 year-olds  – each day will begin with a healthy breakfast and end with an indoor or outdoor evening activity. In between, there are numerous activities that will keep the children busy, learning and entertained. Dinner is served each night.

The Sports Hotel provides comfortable, quiet and modern rooms while the healthy menu with calculated nutritional facts is served at the DiVine Restaurant. The Grind Café features a relaxing coffee and smoothie corner for all.
