World Table Tennis secures Coca-Cola partnership
November 24, 2020

Coca-Cola has been named as the official beverage partner of all World TableTennis (WTT) events scheduled to take place in China 2021.

The partnership will see Coca-Cola awarded exclusive rights to provide water, energy drinks and soft drinks at the World Table Tennis events.

World Table Tennis Council Chair, Liu Guoliang noted “WTT is delighted to be teaming up with an organisation of Coca-Cola’s international caliber. This stellar partnership reinforces our ambition to elevate table tennis to the global sports elite.”

The sponsorship also extends to the World Table Tennis Macau, scheduled to take place 25th to 29th November 2020 - an event set to provide a taste of what to expect from the new-look series of international events.

Coinciding with tickets for WTT Macao going on sale, two other partnerships were also launched - resort and hospitality company, Galaxy Entertainment Group, was announced as the WTT’s presenting partner and sports consultancy firm, while LD Sports was named as global premier partner for the World Team Tennis.

ITTF Chief Executive and WTT Director Steve Dainton advised “these partnerships with global brands Coca-Cola, Galaxy Entertainment Group and LD Sports underline the significant plans that we have for our sport. WTT Macao will be a show like no other and a bold statement of our intentions to take table tennis to the next level.”
