Vivaticket delivers new functions and product enhancements
July 17, 2020

Leading global ticketing business Vivaticket has advised of a range of enhancements to its technology that will provide benefits for clients and patrons, new functionalities and developments to assist current and future operations.

Operating through the current uncertainty caused by Coronavirus, Vivaticket has remained active in making certain that the capabilities of the company are improved and refined, regardless of restrictions and their significant impact on the arts industry, venues and community.

As John Godwin (pictured below), Managing Director of Vivaticket’s Australasian operations, advises “it is great to see that many of the customers are choosing this time to ‘work on their business, as opposed to ‘working in the business’ which is often the default position when ticket sales are frantic.”

Activity has included providing training, report writing enhancements, developing new functionalities, testing its V4.11.4 technology, website developments and installations for clients in Queensland, Victoria, Tasmania and NSW.

Vivaticket, which owns Enta Australasia and provides ticket solutions for aquatic facilities, attractions, theatres, sporting venues and events - and counts FC Barcelona and Paris’ Musée du Louvre among its partners, also released the automation of pre and post communications with the MailChimp integration.

It has also established integration with Vimeo, which is streaming software with Enta’s ticketing solution, which allows clients to sell tickets to streamed events from their venue.

The developments have been developed with the aim of helping clients address the required COVID reporting and patron management, as well as boost engagement with audiences, and provide additional revenue streams.

The company has also released enhancements to its Seat Ownership functionality - a key step to activate Enta’s social media group booking capabilities. The team is also in the process of locally testing with the imminent release of V4.11.4, which will soon be installed in an Australian venue.

Vivaticket has ensured that these enhancements will have a number of critical benefits for clients and patrons.

These developments will help clients address the required COVID reporting and patron management, allow for a greater engagement with audiences, and provide additional revenue streams for your organisation.
