GymSales Software announces partnership with Evolution Wellness Group
July 3, 2020

GymSales Software has announced its latest partnership with Evolution Wellness Group, owner and operator of Asia’s largest health club network comprising the Celebrity Fitness, Chi Fitness, FIRE Fitness, Fivelements, and GoFit brands. As part of this agreement, GymSales Software will be supplying their SaaS Sales CRM designed for the fitness industry to Evolution Wellness Group’s portfolio of 170+ clubs across six countries.

GymSales Software Head of Sales - Asia/Pacific, Joel O’Sullivan notes “We’re incredibly excited to be working with Asia’s leading Health & Wellness Brand. Having worked with the Fitness First brand in various countries we had a sound understanding of their requirements and business processes. Unlike many other operators in our space, our staff are made up of experienced Health & Fitness professionals having worked in many brands within this space previously. This experience along with our revolutionary industry leading platform and the seamless integration with Evolution Wellness Group’s own membership management solution was the foundation of our partnership moving forward.”

Evolution Wellness Chief Executive, Simon Flint adds “as part of our drive to continually seek improvements in efficiency and operating practices at Evolution Wellness and in exploring the options available to us in lead management software, we were attracted to GymSales for three key reasons: Being gym industry specific resonated strongly with us, meaning that it came highly fit for purpose and without the need for expensive and time consuming customisation and localisation – which can be the case with other options.

“In trialling the product, our team members loved the intuitive nature of the platform, its alignment with our business practices and ways of working. The speed with which team members became fully competent and productive with the platform was impressively fast. Importantly, as the owners of our own membership administration software CIRCUIT™, we enjoyed the ability to seamlessly integrate the platforms for a highly effective and efficient way of working.

“In short we have two platforms, both written by gym industry - for the gym industry, working seamlessly together.”

Evolution Wellness is also understood to have purchased the FitClassNow software business, developer of the AirActive platform.
